How do I replace a sensor within a patient profile?

Step 1: Select the name of the patient on the appropriate patient card.

Step 2: Select “Devices” from the main navigation.

Step 3: Select “Edit” on the bottom right.

Step 4: Select a reason from the drop-down arrow.

Step 5: Check the box titled “Unassign Sensor”, which will enable the “Add New Sensor” option on the bottom left

Step 6: Enter the required information for the new sensor (serial number is located on the posterior side of the sensor).

Step 7: Click “Save” on the bottom right.
